  1. DocAssembler 1.0 - collects text documents, which are supposed to be ﾒsectionsﾓ of a global target document, then produces that document. It's a sort of document ﾒglueﾓ.
  2. Between these two phases, the user can arrange the structure of the target document by changing both the order of the sections and their hierarchical level, relying upon DocAssembler for their automatic indexing. Both the source and the output documents can be provided in a variety of formats, thanks to Claris XTND System support. DocAssembler will read and write any text document for which an XTND translator is available. Although DocAssembler is conceived as a standalone application, its value is greatly enhanced when used togheter with its companion DocBreaker, which breaks a document in pieces and supports the XTND System.
